Preparing for your visit

What to bring

Bring your laptop and have a copy of your CV on it to refer to during your interview.

Lunch Experience

Our in-house catering team provides a weekly menu, which you’ll receive in advance so you can make your selection. During lunch, you’ll be paired with a “lunch buddy” — a team member who can give you insight into our workplace culture and answer any informal questions in a relaxed setting.

Location & Travel

We have offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Korea, and you’re welcome to choose the location that works best for you; all of our offices are accessible, and Goodnotes will cover all travel and accommodation expenses for your onsite interview.

Arrival

Before your interview, we’ll share the contact details of your greeter, who will meet you when you arrive. We’ve included time in the schedule for a warm welcome, coffee, and an office tour — so just arrive at the time noted in your email.

Dress Code

Goodnotes has a casual dress policy. We encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident.
